A Ramble Through North Capitol Hill, September, 2023

This one runs through a few very residential areas in Seattle’s Capitol Hill. We still have summer’s canopy but autumnal light is filtering through it and it gives the whole walk a glowy charm. The big oaks at the beginning of the video eventually give way to a more manicured parking-strip tree that is emblematic of the modern city, and along the way the local businesses and residential feel like they shift. It’s kinda wild that the difference between the newer neighborhood and the older one really do have very different vibes. I hope you see it, too! Enjoy!
