A Ramble Around Union Bay, Summer, 2023

This one curls around Union Bay, a lesser known area of Seattle if you are not into boating or, apparently, the University of Washington Husky Football opening day. There are two urban wetlands here, one north of the stadium and one on the south side of the Montlake (bridge) Cut. I go from one to the other through the stadiums, courts, and playfields and there is plenty of tailgating going on. I want to apologize for the shakiness of the video. I had been toying with settings for another project and I did not get them back to where I have had them for my walks. I tried to fix it in post-production as that was going to be easier, but would also preserve the content, but, unfortunately, it didn’t quite work out. I will have it fixed for the next release. The sound is great and there are plenty of greens, blues, purples, and golds in this one. Enjoy!
