A Ramble Along Dexter Ave. N Through South Lake Union, Winter, 2023

This one runs from the south end of the Aurora Bridge, past one of the busiest “stop-sign-only” intersection in the city and south along Dexter Avenue N. It is a ‘balmy’ 55-degree day in the middle of January and I must admit, the spring-like day was very, very welcome. Dexter Ave N. is another “pass-through” area that I am fond of slowing down and walking through. It is the arterial link from the Fremont Bridge into South Lake Union, Belltown, and downtown proper. The south end of Dexter has seen, and still is seeing, a lot of renovation because SLU is still the new tech-hub of this still-growing city.
