A Ramble through East Wallingford and West University District, Autumn, 2022

This is another Odd One as it straddles two neighborhoods and hugs the big divider, I-5 for most of it. The eastern end of Wallingford is defined by N 45th st as the retail strip that the residential area centers around. The west part of the University District is full of multi-unit housing that is student centered but has plenty of single family units mixed in with a broader retail base. Interstate 5 splits the area but you can see how different the two neighborhoods are handled as far as zoning goes. Enjoy!
