A Ramble through Lakeview Cemetery
Graveyards are, I feel, underrated sites for peaceful walks because the park-like atmosphere can’t be beat. Lakeview Cemetery is located just north of Capitol Hill’s Volunteer Park and dates back to 1872 boasting over 40,000 graves.
